2.2 Third-Party Social Media Account Information
With your authorization, Xingju may connect to the following third-party platforms to provide social media matrix management:

- TikTok

- Basic account profile

- Images or posts

2.3 Google and YouTube Authorized Data
Xingju uses YouTube API Services to provide YouTube account management, content publishing, comment management, and performance analytics. After you authorize access, we may access channel IDs, channel names and profiles, videos and their metadata and publishing status, comments and replies, channel and content performance data, and OAuth tokens and authorization status.
Data processed through YouTube API Services is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
2.4 Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Platform Data
After you authorize access, Xingju may use Meta Platform Products to access Facebook Page or Instagram professional account IDs, names, profile images and basic profile information, Page or media content and metadata, comments and engagement, insights and performance data, message conversations and participant identifiers, message content and attachment metadata, and access tokens and authorization status. We use this data only for account management, content publishing, comment management, message management, and performance analytics that you expressly request.
2.5 TikTok Platform Data
After you authorize access, Xingju may use TikTok Developer Services to access your open_id, display name, avatar and basic profile information, videos or posts and their metadata and publishing status, content performance and engagement data, comments, replies and moderation status, and access tokens, refresh tokens, and authorized scopes. We use this data only for account connection, content publishing and management, comment management, performance analytics, and related user-facing features that you expressly request.

We primarily use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain Xingju services
- Manage social media account connections
- Provide content management and publishing
- Generate operating reports
- Provide AI-assisted features
- Improve products and user experience
- Protect platform security
- Process orders and provide customer support
Limited Use of Google API User Data
Xingju's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google or YouTube user data. We do not use it for advertising, credit or lending, data brokerage, or purposes unrelated to the user-facing Xingju features you expressly request. We do not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to provide a user-requested feature with consent, for security purposes, when required by applicable law, or in connection with a merger with express user consent.
Limited Purpose for Meta and TikTok Platform Data
We process Meta and TikTok Platform Data only within the authorized scope and only to develop, maintain, and provide the user-facing Xingju features you expressly request. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, data brokerage, or unrelated user profiling, or share it with third parties without appropriate consent.
4. AI Features
Xingju may provide AI-powered features, including:
- Content generation
- Copy optimization
- Content analysis
- Data insights
- Operating recommendations
To provide these features, we may process:
- User prompts and input
- Data submitted by users
- Relevant operating data
Xingju may use internally developed technology or third-party AI services to deliver these features.
We do not provide user data obtained from Google/YouTube, Meta, or TikTok APIs to third-party AI services unless a user expressly initiates and consents to a specific feature that requires such processing. Under no circumstances do we use this platform API data to train, improve, or develop generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
We take reasonable measures to protect related data in accordance with applicable law and service requirements.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Xingju may use cookies, log files, and similar technologies to improve user experience and service security.

We retain YouTube API data only for as long as necessary to provide features expressly requested by the user and refresh or delete data that requires periodic updating at least every 30 days in accordance with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. For Authorized Data that remains stored, we reconfirm at least every 30 days that authorization is still valid. If we determine that access was revoked through Google security settings or that the token can no longer be refreshed, we delete the YouTube API data associated with that user as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days after confirming the revocation. We retain Meta and TikTok Platform Data only for as long as necessary to provide authorized features. Users may submit a deletion request at any time under this Policy and the Data Deletion Instructions; after verification, we process the request within the stated time period.
9. Cross-Border Data Processing
Because Xingju primarily helps Chinese businesses operate global social media accounts, certain services may involve:
- Access to overseas social platform data
- Cross-border data transfers
- International third-party service support
We process such data within the scope of user authorization and protect it in accordance with applicable law and platform rules.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

11. Account Closure and Data Deletion
Users may contact us at any time to close their account or delete data obtained through third-party platform authorization, including:
- Account closure requests
- Data deletion requests
Our current public channel for data deletion requests is xuguangming@8000gp.com. For a direct request to delete YouTube Authorized Data, we act as soon as possible and complete deletion no later than 7 calendar days after receiving a complete request and verifying identity. Other platform or account deletion requests are generally completed within 30 days after identity verification, except where applicable law requires retention.
You may review or revoke Xingju's access to Google and YouTube data through the Google security settings page.
You may disconnect a platform account in Xingju or revoke Xingju authorization in the platform settings provided by Google, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. When you disconnect YouTube access in Xingju, we immediately revoke the applicable token with Google and delete YouTube Authorized Data stored under that consent as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days. If you revoke access through Google security settings, no separate email is required; we detect the revocation through periodic authorization checks and delete the related YouTube API data no later than 30 calendar days after confirming the revocation. We also process valid deletion instructions received from Meta, TikTok, or another platform in accordance with the applicable platform requirements.
Deleting data stored by Xingju does not automatically delete content or data that remains on YouTube. To delete data on YouTube, use YouTube or another authorized YouTube API client.

12. Children’s Privacy
Xingju is primarily intended for businesses and commercial users.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
If we learn that a minor’s information was collected without guardian authorization, we will take reasonable action.
